1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the services provided by AJD Web Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between AJD Web Solutions and its clients. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services: AJD Web Solutions provides web design, web development, user research, and UX/UI design services. The specific details of the services, including timelines, deliverables, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the successful execution of the project. This includes providing necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Any delays or additional work resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the designs, code, and other materials created by AJD Web Solutions during the project will remain the property of AJD Web Solutions until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client will have the rights to use the deliverables for the intended purpose specified in the project.
5. Confidentiality: AJD Web Solutions acknowledges the confidential nature of client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent. We take measures to ensure the security and protection of client data; however, AJD Web Solutions will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access, loss, or damage of client information.
6. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in the project agreement or proposal. AJD Web Solutions reserves the right to request an upfront deposit and milestone payments throughout the project. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the project by providing a written notice in the event of a material breach of these terms. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability: AJD Web Solutions will make every effort to provide high-quality services; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By using the services of AJD Web Solutions, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated or modified from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
